Join Rachel and Stuart at the Old School Campsite for a friendly, family campsite in the heart of the Shropshire hills. Close to the rivers and hills and not too far from the cosmopolitan town of Shrewsbury.
There are many excellent walks direct from the site, with the legendary Stiperstones and the Long Mynd conveniently near by, as well as being close to many Cycle Trails and Mountain Bike Trails. There’s a shooting range and leisure centre within six miles. Snailbreach Mine, one of the most complete disused mineral mines in the country, is just around the corner.
The site is approximately 2 acres in size and, although small, has been described as ‘a gem of a site’ by previous guests and is well equipped for your needs.
Open March to October. Arrivals are between 1400hrs and 2100hrs with departures by 1100hrs.
